This antique engraving is of Stephen Douglas who ran in the 1860 Presidential election against Abraham Lincoln. The small print reads - Likeness from the latest photograph taken from life - Johnson, Fry & Co., Publishers, New York - Entered according to an Act of Congress Ad 1862.... The print has a light stain and small tear at the top, Slight loss along bottom edge and shows corner wear. Measures 10 7/8" x 7 7/8". Please see the photos for details.
