Very nice Franklin D. Roosevelt Commemorative Medal; Obverse: Head of Franklin D. Roosevelt with "Franklin Delano Roosevelt" to the left and J.R.S. (Engraver/Designer John Ray Sinnock) and letter D (Denver Mint) and C in Circle to the right, "President of the United States" encircling top rim; Reverse: A Seated Figure Representing Sorrowful Nation Dropping a Wreath Upon the Waters with "Inaugurated President Mar 4, 1933, Jan. 20, 1937, Jan. 20, 1941, Jan 20, 1945" to the left and "Died April 12, 1945" to the right; "For Country and Humanity" encircling top rim and "In Memoriam" at the bottom. Great condition (very minor surface scratches Roosevelt's face), measures 1-3/8" diameter (see pic's for greater details)
