Collectible 1996 Bill Clinton Vs. Bob Dole Election Metal Tandem Toy. This is a neat collectible piece, it is a metal item that when you pinch the two sides one candidate backs up and the other goes forward, and vice versa. It is in pretty good condition, the colors are still vibrant, but there are a few scratches. The most notable one is where Bill's foot repeatedly hits on the top metal piece. On the handle it isn't rusting, but the gold finish is coming off. The reciprocating action isn't perfect, sometimes Bob will hit Bill in a different place then the last time.
