This is a 3.25" x 5.5" cardstock poll card likely put out by his national headquarters promoting presidential candidate Barry Goldwater in 1964. It uses a quote from his Republican National Convention Acceptance Speech. Perhaps this hasn't surfaced in your neck-of-the-woods. Look at our eBay store for lots of Goldwater ephemera for sale.
