Here's one of those three-fold trade cards showing both, main presidential candidates which started around the time of the 1908 Taft and Bryan election and ran up until WWII. This one's from the 1924 campaign when republican president, Calvin Coolidge ran for re-election against John W. Davis, the compromise democrat candidate out of West Virginia which it had taken 103 ballots at the Democrat National Convention in New York City to come up with! This is the type with colored paper you place over an image when folded to make a portrait distinct. It is @ 3.25" x 5.75" when folded, opening to @ 9.25" x 5.75", with advertising on it for the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York with its office on Bridge Street in Springfield, Massachusetts. This is in nice condition but please look at our images to judge condition for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. We've priced it according to the fact that some of that colored paper is damaged and a piece missing. But remember, this stuff's called ephemera, folks, since it was made to be used and then discarded. So, we're just lucky to have things like this in any condition to add to our collections.
