I have for sale an 1888 Presidential campaign medal/token for President Benjamin Harrison who was elected President and served from March 4, 1889, to March 4, 1893. Levi Morton was his Vice President. This medal is made of white metal, it is 1 1/2 inch in diameter and encapsulated in a Numismatic Guaranty Corporation holder and graded by them as MS 62, and the hole is original to the piece. This medal is listed in the Dewitt catalog as BH-1888-8 and in the Musante catalog as GW 1118. The obverse shows the bust of George Washington in civilian clothes with the year 1789 at the bottom rim. The reverse shows the bust of Benjamin Harrison in an oval frame facing right and a bust of Levi Morton in an oval frame facing left and between them is a banner that reads HARRISON AND MORTON. There is a U.S. shield at the top rim and the year 1889 at the bottom rim. This medal also comes with an eagle pinback. Please see more in my EBAY STORE at TE Collectables. (18,616 NRR)
