Here's a 4" x 6 3/8" cardstock item which was made to be cut up so a puzzle could be figured out. Boy, are we glad no one did this. You know how kids are. Put out with an 1881 calendar as an advertising item for medicines by The Centaurian Receipt Book Company, one sees the images of democrat presidential nominee, Winfield Scott Hancock, as well as republican nominee James Garfield. Both had been Civil War Generals, but Hancock was a ton more famous. And even though Garfield was a career politician after serving in the U.S. House of Representatives from Ohio for years, the outsider almost beat the pro in that 1880 election. If Hancock had won the California electoral votes, HE'D have been our president, it was that close. This is in nice condition but please enlarge our images to judge condition for yourself so you can be happy with it. It does have a tear at the bottom and a corner missing, so we've priced it accordingly. Remember, this stuff's called ephemera, folks, because it was made to be used and then pitched. So we're just happy to have things like this - in any condition - to have for our collections. We are members of APIC and sell only authentic presidential (and other collectible) material so buy with confidence. We'll be happy to combine S & H costs on multiple purchases even though eBay claims we don't. Shipping on this will be $5.00, sent carefully-packed by first class with tracking. 5818
