Bryan used this publication as a way to bash President Theodore Roosevelt. The BACK COVER EDITORIAL CARTOON shows TR and his repressive policies vis a vis the Philippines... The paper is published on newsprint; it has 16 pages and measures 14 3/4 inches X 11 inches. This has typical vintage edge and corner wear. A bit of right edge splitting on the horizontal fold.
